Full-timeDescriptionJoin Our Team as a Provider Contracting Business Analyst!Are you detail-oriented analytical and passionate about improving processes Do you thrive in a collaborative environment where your work directly impacts organizational success If so Prime Health Services (PHS) wants YOU on our team!As a Provider Contracting Business Analyst youll manage contracting reports analyze data trends and support the VP of Network Development in optimizing provider contracting processes. Youll play a key role in maintaining accurate data developing reporting tools and ensuring compliance with company policiesall while collaborating with multiple departments.What Youll DoManage all aspects of contracting processes and assist in developing department resource documents.Oversee maintenance of the Master Tracker and other tracking systems for accurate reporting.Maintain contractor metrics and departmental scorecards.Communicate updates changes and process improvements to the contracting team.Research and secure current reimbursement data for all products and provider types.Develop reporting data detailing Provider Contracting trends weekly monthly and quarterly.Assist with onboarding and training new contracting employees.Maintain contracting data on company drives and SharePoint.Collaborate with VP of Network Development Compliance and HR to ensure training materials are current.RequirementsWhat Were Looking ForEducation: Bachelors degree in healthcare administration business or related field.Experience: Prior work experience in healthcare and knowledge of healthcare regulations/policies preferred.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint). Advanced Excel skills (including Pivot tables). Familiarity with contract management software preferred. Competencies: Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively and manage a demanding workload. Critical thinking and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Professional customer-focused demeanor.
