This is the heartbeat of our organization and your time will be spent in a supportive team environment with resources to help you flourish and leaders who care about your success.The Provider Data & System Manager will assist with the planning implementation and success of the Businessinfrastructure for the provider data management system which supports multiple business functions including but notlimited to Office of Medical Affairs Medical Staff Services Physician Enterprise leadership and operations Onboarding &Recruiting Contracting team and other business processes. There is an increasing need to strategically streamlinereporting processes across the Mountain Region and national system for optimal operational alignment. This positionassists in Mountain Region and system implementations upgrades and maintenance of our provider data managementsystem. This individual will assist in implementing policies and protocols to ensure deployment of best practices andassist with planning organizing and implementing education and training programs to meet the strategic goals of theMountain Region and organization.Job RequirementsIn addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day qualified candidates will need the following:MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSRequired Education and ExperienceMinimum of (3) years success and experience supporting providerdata management systems; Experience with Symplr productspreferred;Minimum (3) years success and experience working with relationaldatabase structures;Experience in improving organizational workflows at the facility level(required) and across multiple divisions (preferred);Experience working with IT technical teams and navigating ITprocesses and requirements;Bachelors degree lieu of educational requirementsprevious work history and a minimum of (3) years of experience maybe considered.Required Licensure and CertificationsCertified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) and/orCertified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) Certificationpreferred.In lieu of certification requirements previous work history and aminimum of (3) years of experience may be considered.Required Minimum Knowledge Skills Abilitiesand TrainingKnowledge of payer credentialing and medical staff servicesprinciples methods and proceduresKnowledge of CMS COP TJC Standards NCQA StandardsKnowledge of federal and state regulations regarding credentialingrequirementsStrong knowledge of statistics data collection analysis and datapresentationSkilled in advanced computer technology and databasemanagement including provider data systems quality systemsMicrosoft Office products and Google WorkspaceExcellent communication skills (both oral and written)presentation style including the ability to concisely present dataand materials to clinicians leaders and staff at all levels across theorganization.Ability to function independently and as a member of a team toorganize plan strategize and prioritize both short term and longterm work assignmentsAbility to work well under pressure and respond to changingneeds and complex environments.Effective leadership skills and strong customer service orientationRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills SQL,Data Collection,GCP,Master Data Management,R,Data Management,Clinical Trials,User Acceptance Testing,Data Warehouse,SAS,Oracle,Data Analysis Skills Employment Type : Unclear Experience: years Vacancy: 1
