Schedule: MondaySaturday, between 6:30 AM and 8:00 PM (shift assigned by client)

Position Overview

Join a dynamic, mission-driven team dedicated to supporting healthcare providers across Medicaid programs. As a Provider Enrollment Specialist, youll play an essential role in ensuring providers are enrolled accurately and efficiently, helping them deliver critical services to members in need. This is an onsite position offering excellent benefits, company-provided equipment, and a supportive work environment that values growth and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from healthcare providers.
• Assist providers with application deficiencies and documentation requirements.
• Process provider enrollment and file maintenance requests accurately and on time.
• Maintain production and quality standards, including a minimum 98% QA score.
• Research incomplete applications and follow up with providers to ensure completion.
• Identify and resolve application issues using critical thinking and standard procedures.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive provider and healthcare information.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and team meetings.
• Update system records and track provider interactions accurately.
• Stay up-to-date with Medicaid enrollment policies and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or data entry experience.
• At least 6 months of experience in healthcare credentialing or provider enrollment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Must provide full address prior to interview.
