Must be fellowship trained.Option to become partner as one of the doctors is retiring in two years.Single speciality multi-location group with 2 adult, 1 child psychiatrist and 4 psych NP and counselors.McHenry County will pay up to $300,000 student loans in 5 years of working within the county.Primarily at Crystal Lake and if preferred can spend a day at Rockford office.Crystal Lake is located 50 miles northwest of Chicago, a short drive from O'Hare International Airport, near several major highways and interstates.
