Work with a collegial team of physicians, advanced practice providers, licensed clinical social workers, and therapists.Expectations for weekend coverage on the unit:• Will be covering a maximum of 12 patients which will include 1-2 discharges, 1-2 new admits and the rest will be regular progress check ins.• All admissions can be voluntary, or Family initiated or Detained children.• The legal status is taken care of when patient is initially admitted by intake coordinators and paperwork is reviewed by intake nurse.• Discharges are also mostly prepared by weekday clinician and weekend clinician will only do the Mental status check in and Suicide risk assessment.• New Admits will also have a Pediatrician to complete the physical examination on the day of admit so if there is any question for any ongoing medical problems they are available to consult.Compensation:$1,250 per day for weekend call coveragePosition SummaryOur ValuesAs a MultiCare employee, we'll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration, Kindness and Joy.
