Liberty Healthcare is now accepting applications for a part-time Psychiatric Technician position with our forensic mental health program in San Bernardino County.This program provides high quality psychiatric services to adults who are justice-involved and experiencing mental illness.The goal of this program is to provide rapid mental health services to people in need so they may achieve improved behavioral health outcomes as quickly as possible.Services are provided to clients who are adult inmates at theWest Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga CA.As a Psych Tech with Liberty you enjoy an array of responsibilities including:Providing vocational nursing services to clients one-to-one and in-personAdministering medications to patientsProviding health education to clientsDocumenting health status and treatment progressCollaborating with security staffConsulting with physicians and cliniciansHelping to ensure program clients receive high quality mental health servicesThis position will require you to work onsite at the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga California.The work schedule for this position is every Saturday and every Sunday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.You can expect to work approximately 16 hours weekly and be paid between $30.00 and $36.00 per hour depending on experience.You will also have the opportunity pick up additional weekday shifts from time to time.
