About the Opportunity

An innovative behavioral health organization is seeking an entrepreneurial Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to lead and operate a psychiatric practice focused on ketamine-assisted therapy and integrative psychiatry.

This is not a traditional employed physician role. The physician owns the practice while receiving complete operational, marketing, billing, staffing, and compliance support through an established management services organization. This model allows providers to focus on patient care while maintaining clinical independence and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management

• Develop and oversee ketamine treatment protocols

• Deliver high-quality patient-centered psychiatric care

• Maintain clinical documentation and regulatory compliance

• Collaborate with support staff and operational leadership

• Participate in practice growth and development initiatives

Qualifications

Required

• MD or DO Degree

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry

• Active Tennessee Medical License (or willingness to obtain)

• DEA Registration (or willingness to obtain)

• Interest in Ketamine Therapy, Treatment-Resistant Depression, PTSD, and Anxiety Disorders

• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in practice ownership

Preferred

• 3+ Years Post-Residency Experience

• Experience with Ketamine Therapy, IV Therapies, or Integrative Psychiatry

• Practice Management or Leadership Experience

• Interest in Long-Term Growth and Partnership Opportunities
