Job DescriptionTHE PRACTICENapa County Health and Human Services Behavioral Health Division- Napa CANapa County Health and Human Services Behavioral Health Division is county based and offers a variety of programs including child and adult mental health substance abuse and a community engagement. They are focused on building and sustaining community collaboration and a partnership culture as guiding principles for Napa County behavioral health. They seek to build and sustain a partnership culture that empowers clients families and community-based organizations.Outpatient ServicesChild & Adolescent services in the medication clinics40 hours of coverage per week5 8-hour days or 4 10-hour daysChild/Adolescent: 90 minutes for initial evaluations 45 minutes for follow upNo evening or weekend callSpecialized programs: Substance abuseChild/Adolescent Caseload 120 - 150Attend clinical and divisional team meetingsNursing support available to assist with medi-sets and monitoring high risk patientsStaff includes case managers community providers and other psychiatrists Clinical Social Workers AOD (Alcohol and Other Drug) clinicians and therapists24/7 Crisis Unit located adjacent to medication clinic as well as a primary care clinic on siteTHE BENEFITS$360000.00 Annually for Child Full-Time (40 hours per week) W-2 EmployeesComprehensive Benefits PackageAttractive 401K and Competitive Company MatchGenerous Annual BonusesPTO and CME AccrualTHE AREANapa County is north of San Francisco in California. Its known for hundreds of hillside vineyards in the Napa Valley wine the city of Napa Oxbow Public Market features regional gourmet food. The Napa Valley Wine Train is a vintage locomotive and traveling restaurant running through the valley. Northwest of Napa is Yountville a town known for high-end restaurants and sparkling wine. Napa Valley is widely considered one of the top American Viticultural Areas in California and all of the United States with a history dating back to the early nineteenth century. By the end of the nineteenth century there were more than 140 wineries in the area. Several still exist in the valley including Charles Krug Winery Schramsberg Chateau Montelena Nichelini and Beringer. Napa County hosts numerous cultural events throughout the year. The county fair takes place annually in early July at the Napa County Fairgrounds in order to boost tourism during the normally slow winter months area hotels restaurants tourist-based businesses partnered with the Countys local arts agency Arts Council Napa Valley and visitor management bureau Visit Napa Valley to develop Arts in April a program celebrating the diverse cultural offerings featured in wine and hospitality institutions beginning in 2011.
