The ideal candidate will provide high-quality psychiatric evaluations diagnoses and treatment plans for patients experiencing mental health disorders. This role involves both medication management and therapeutic interventions with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care and collaboration across clinical teams. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plansPrescribe and manage psychotropic medications monitoring efficacy and side effectsProvide psychotherapy or refer to appropriate therapeutic services as neededCollaborate with psychologists social workers primary care providers and other specialistsMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)Participate in case conferences peer reviews and quality improvement initiativesStay current with best practices emerging treatments and continuing education requirementsEducate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options Qualifications Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institutionBoard certification in Psychiatry (or board eligibility)Valid and unrestricted medical license in Texas.DEA certification for prescribing controlled substancesStrong clinical judgment and interpersonal communication skillsExperience with diverse populations and evidence-based psychiatric careProficiency in EHR systems and telepsychiatry platforms (if applicable) Preferred Skills Subspecialty training (e.g. Child & Adolescent Geriatric Addiction Psychiatry)Bilingual or multilingual capabilitiesExperience in outpatient inpatient or integrated care settingsFamiliarity with trauma-informed care and culturally competent practices Key Skills Bidding,Apps,Benefits,Corporate Recruitment,Android Development Experience: years Vacancy: 1
