Integrated Psychiatric Consultants (IPC), a physician-owned and operated mental health organization, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our dynamic team in Kansas. This full-time role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality psychiatric care to children and adolescents in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. You will work Monday through Friday with one rotating weekend per month and limited on-call duties, supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff. Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations for children and adolescents
- Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up care
- Collaborate with clinical teams and support staff to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation using AI-enhanced EHR systems
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Work closely with IPC leadership to maintain high standards of care
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Active and unrestricted Kansas medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license in Kansas (or ability to obtain)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care
