In this pivotal role, you'll lead the medical team within our Behavioral Health Department, guiding clinical excellence and innovation. Partnering closely with the Director of Clinical Outpatient Behavioral Health Services, you'll drive the seamless integration of behavioral health services across Optimus, ensuring comprehensive, compassionate care for our diverse and underserved communities.Part time role up to 32 hours/weekRequired:- CT license & BE/BC- 5+ years of direct clinical experience with community health populations, preferably working in an integrated model. - 2 or more years of experience supervising and mentoring employees, including experience as an approved Supervisor.- 2+ in behavioral health program administration, preferably in a medical clinic setting.

Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
