You will work collaboratively with the facilitys Director of Nursing attending physicians and MPAC clinicians to enhance residents mental health and overall quality of life.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete psychological and neuropsychological assessments with diagnostic impressionsProvide individual therapy and behavioral interventionsDocument accurately in EMRs and MPAC systemsAdvise staff on behavioral strategies and cognitive concernsSupport care planning and interdisciplinary communicationBuild rapport with residents and facility teamsRequirementsDoctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in PsychologyActive Florida Psychologist LicenseAuthorized to work in the U.S.Experience in geriatric or skilled nursing settings preferredStrong communication and independent decision-making skillsReliable compassionate and mission-drivenContract DetailsTemporary 1099 contractor positionAssignment runsthrough or slightly before January 5 2026Competitive contractor compensationEducational opportunities through workshops and small-group learningSupportive relationship-focused culture with excellent worklife balance (no overnights or weekend call)Our MissionMPAC Healthcare is building a company designed for tomorrows healthcare system.
