JOB DESCRIPTION

Psychologist – WellSpan Health, Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities (CADD)

The Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities (CADD) in Lancaster County serves as a regional center of excellence for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), intellectual disability (ID), and other neurodevelopmental conditions across Central Pennsylvania. Our multidisciplinary team—spanning psychiatry, nursing, psychology, applied behavior analysis, social work, and counseling—provides comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, short‑term consultation, ongoing treatment, and community‑based ABA services for adults.

CADD fosters a highly collaborative, supportive environment with strong opportunities for professional growth, including access to national speakers, academic partnerships, and a culture that values teaching and innovation.

We are expanding our diagnostic and treatment services by developing a comprehensive testing program for children, adolescents, and adults.
