Discover all the possibilities of a career at Northside today.ResponsibilitiesNorthside Hospital is pleased to announce our 2026-2027 Psychology Postdoctoral Fellow positions!Under the supervision of a staff psychologist the psychology postdoctoral fellow provides psychological evaluation and psychotherapeutic services to patients with co-existing medical and psychological issues and when appropriate their significant others. Consults with physicians and nurses and makes recommendations for appropriate services. Northside fellows receive a high level of exposure to a variety of populations and areas including inpatient floors outpatient centers perinatal psycho-oncology and rehabilitation. With a psychiatrist on staff fellows will also have the unique opportunity to learn about psychopharmacology and medical conditions that can impact behavioral health on a deeper level.As a member of the Northside team fellows will function as a clinical resource to members of multidisciplinary treatment teams consisting of physicians nurses psychologists counselors and social workers. May provide recommendations for program development around issues of health psychology. Patients may include adolescents adult and geriatric populations.The fellowship will begin Fall 2026 & will be a one year commitment.
