Psychotherapist in Private Practice at Dr. Kira Rogers, Clinical Psychologist, PLLC

Seeking Psychotherapists for IN-PERSON (Or Hybrid) to work at expanding group practice.

Hiring Licensed or limited permit Psychotherapists looking to acquire hours and supervision to join a group practice in Brooklyn Heights. We would provide office space, supervision (if needed), and referrals.

Therapists will be responsible for providing psychotherapeutic services to adults and/or adolescents who have various mental health issues, e.g. Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, Familial Conflict, OCD, ADHD (adult and child) and Adult and Childhood Trauma.

• Psychodynamic or CBT orientation preferred but all orientations welcome
• Experience with ACT, Mindfulness and ERP highly desirable.
• Testing also a plus but not essential.
• Hours are flexible

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Exceptional clinical skills in delivering psychotherapeutic intervention to a variety of clients.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cognitive and cognitive behavioral interventions, including the ability to develop and monitor individualized behavior plans.
• Excellent note writing, organizational, and time management skills.
• Maintains timely and concise client documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work hours that will accommodate patient population.
• Consult with Director of Program (licensed clinical psychologist) when necessary and appropriate.
• Adheres to Compliance policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience:

• Mental Health: 1 year (Preferred)
• Counseling: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

• Doctorate(Preferred)
• LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC (Preferred)
• Ph.D, Psy.D, MSW, MFT, MHC (Required)
