Psychotherapist in Private Practice at Mind Body Counseling

Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site opportunity for a Psychotherapist at our private practice in Sayville, NY. We currently have a part-time caseload available and are looking for someone who can start immediately, with the potential for the role to grow into full-time employment over time. Session fee $55-$75 dependent upon experience.
The position will primarily focus on providing individual therapy to children, teens, and young adults, supporting them through a range of emotional and mental health concerns. The clinician will develop personalized treatment plans, maintain clear and timely clinical documentation, and collaborate with other practitioners within the practice to support high-quality, client-centered care.
Our practice values mind body work and integrative approaches, including somatic therapy, recognizing the connection between emotional, mental, and physical well-being in the healing process.
Experience working with children, teens, and young adults is strongly preferred.
Qualifications
NYS licensure required (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, or MHC-LP)
Experience in private practice preferred, but serious applicants will be considered
Experience and willingness to work with children, teens, and young adults
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to providing thoughtful, client-centered care
