Hilton Atlanta in Downtown Atlanta near I-75 and within six blocks of attractions including Centennial Olympic Park and the Georgia Aquarium has 1249 rooms and suites 131730 square feet of meeting space including three ballrooms two terraces and 51 meeting rooms.Ideal candidates for this position will have a passion for excellent customer service and teamwork and has full flexibility with schedules. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodationsRetrieve and transport guest luggageInspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with these rooms and their featuresRespond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely friendly and efficient mannerOrganize and store luggage as needed according to guidelinesEnsure that management/leadership team is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and/or other departmentsEnsure messages and faxes are regularly delivered throughout the dayAssist with room moves special luggage deliveries and/or pulls and attend the main lobby and front door as neededDrives property-designated vehicles to and from guest destinations such as guest room or local airport as neededAssist in the maintenance appearance and functionality of equipmentEOE/AA/Disabled/Veterans Key Skills IT Help Desk,Business Management,Application Development,Faculty,HTML Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
