This role focuses primarily on the assembly of custom jewelry pieces, ensuring each product meets our standards for quality, precision, and craftsmanship. You may also occasionally operate laser engraving machines to personalize jewelry as needed. Training may begin with reduced hours, and schedules expand as production ramps up toward peak.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble jewelry components such as chains, clasps, pendants, and charms with precisionInspect and test assembled items to ensure quality and accuracySize rings to customer specificationsPackage finished jewelry in branded jewelry boxes for shipmentPackage and ship products in accordance with internal fulfillment standardsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaOccasionally operate laser engraving equipment to customize jewelry with names or designs (training provided)Work as part of a collaborative production team. While assigned primarily to jewelry assembly, all employees may assist in other departments as needed to meet seasonal demand.Qualifications and SkillsExcellent attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordinationComfortable working with small, delicate components in a repetitive, hands-on roleComfortable working with pliers and other jewelry assembling tools for extended periods of timeEagerness to learn and grow within the companyAbility to follow detailed instructions and meet daily production goalsBasic computer literacy is a plus (for laser operation and shipping software, if assigned)Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethicEducation and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in jewelry making, crafts, or small-parts assembly preferredNo electroplating or chemical handling experience requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 15–20 pounds occasionallyAbility to sit or stand for extended periodsStrong visual acuity for working with small, detailed itemsSeasonal SchedulesEmployment runs early–mid October through mid-December (exact dates depend on production volume).Training schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pmTraining schedules may begin with reduced hours until the season fully ramps up.Our production schedule is scaled with holiday demand. Your preference for day and night shifts is used when assigning shifts as the season progresses.
