We are seeking a detail-driven Mini Bar Attendant to join our F&B Team and support the hotel’s in-room guest experience. Position SummaryThe Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for stocking, replenishing, rotating, and auditing all guestroom minibar items at The Roxy Hotel. This role is essential in ensuring our guestrooms are impeccably appointed, inventory is accurate, and guest charges are processed in a timely, efficient manner. Key ResponsibilitiesRestock all minibar products daily based on par levels and established SOPs.Ensure minibar displays are clean, organized, and aligned with The Roxy’s brand standards.Accurately post minibar charges through the hotel’s POS systems.Conduct daily product counts and report shortages or overages to Leadership.Monitor all product freshness, packaging quality, expiration dates, and rotation.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the minibar storage areas.Communicate any guestroom discrepancies, maintenance needs, or unusual situations to the appropriate departments.Uphold all F&B safety, sanitation, and handling protocols. Qualifications & RequirementsPrevious minibar experience is required, ideally in a boutique or luxury hotel setting.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with Leadership and the Team.Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs.Familiarity with hotel POS systems preferred.Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering elevated guest experiences.Must be available to work morning shifts, weekends, and holidays. What We OfferCompetitive hourly rateMedical, dental, and vision benefitsTransit/commuter benefitsCareer development and growth opportunitiesA supportive and collaborative Team environment rooted in hospitality
