Job Title: Pro Shop Sales Clerk Location: Tifton, GA Regular/Temporary: Regular Full/Part Time: Full-Time Job ID: 292555 Job Summary The Retail Salesclerk has the responsibility of the front-end operation of the Pro Shop.This includes, but is not limited to, cashiering, preparing golf carts for customers, stocking the sales floor, and assisting customers. Responsibilities:The salesclerk includes assisting customers with purchases, processing transactions, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. The salesclerk will play a key role in achieving sales goals and creating a positive shopping experience for every customer. Expectations:Providing customer service and assisting with purchases.Responsible for running the cash register during shift and balancing drawer at closing.Answering the phone line to assist customers.Unboxing/checking in product from UPS/FedEx.Preparing stock for sales floor. Assist in remerchandising inventory on the sales floor.Responsible for all merchandise to be appealing on the sales floor.Assist with processing sales transactions involving cash, credit, reservations, and gift cards.Assist the salesclerk floater with keeping pictures updated in Campus Cloud. Maintain tee times throughout the day. Available to work, mornings, evenings, and weekends.
