For additional information please contact the Emerging Talent Program at .Title: Public Relations FellowDepartment: Public RelationsStatus: Fellow (5-month program)Location: Los Angeles CAPay Rate: $22.00/hour housing stipend*Interviews for our 2026 Fellowship positions will take place February 2026The Dodgers Public Relations department handles all player and Baseball Operations internal and external media requests and also services the local and national media by providing game notes clips stats and other relevant materials.The department also send out a large percentage of external communication via press releases. The Dodgers PR team approves and denies all local media credential applications on a game by game or season by season basis.Duties/Responsibilities:Write a variety of different content to support communications and marketing effortsAssist broadcasters media and visiting club public relations representatives before during and after gamesAssist with writing of daily game notes and team publicationsCompile daily clips and stat packs on gamedaysUpload gameday information on Forge system for MLBs online press box and distribute information to on-site media which may include game notes press releases and information guidesAssist with the teams photo and media archivesAnswer phone calls and respond to requests and inquiries in a knowledgeable mannerAssist Public Relations and other departments with special events as neededPerform related duties as assigned by PR staffOther duties as assignedBasic Requirements/Qualifications:Candidates are highly encouraged to submit 2-3 work samples with their applicationStrong writing and verbal skillsAbility to interact with a large number of internal and external entities on a daily basisHigh-level knowledge of the game of baseball with an ability to write coherently about the game and its playersA Public Relations interest and/or background is strongly preferredCurrent student with a graduation date of December 2025/January 2026 OR within one year post graduationGraduated from undergrad or graduate school with no more than a 2-year gap between undergraduate graduation and the start of graduate schoolMust be available to live and work in Los Angeles or your assigned office location throughout the duration of your 5-month program from March to August 2026Unrestricted authorization to work in the United StatesPassionate about working for a professional sports teamProactive and out of the box thinkingCurrent Los Angeles Dodgers employees should apply via the internal job board in UKG by following these prompts:MENU > MYSELF > MY COMPANY > VIEW OPPORTUNITIES > select the position > CONSENT > APPLY NOWLOS ANGELES DODGERS LLC is an equal opportunity employer.LOS ANGELES DODGERS LLC is firmly committed to providing equal opportunity for all qualified applicants from every race creed and background.
