Delivery of skills and performance assessments, and assist students with unique skill learning with individualized in-class support.Essential Job Functions and ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the course instructor, provide clarification of activities and support individualized skill or knowledge development of students during class timeComplies with the College policies and lead instructor direction regarding student testing, recordkeeping, etc.Provide one-on-one or small group support during class time in lab-based settingsIntroduce, clarify, or reinforce material or skill attainment during classCollaborate and maintain consistent communication with the course instructor on the progress of students throughout each class sessionTechnology SkillsWorking knowledge of computers and electronic equipment, internet navigation, including classroom technology and other instructional equipmentSecurely access College network systems utilizing appropriate multi-factor authenticationUse electronic timesheet to report work hoursAccess organizational emails regularly to receive College updates and communicationsQualificationsEducation/training, knowledge/skills, and direct occupational experience in the content area of assistance.Ability to pass NTC’s insurance carrier standards and MVR check as a required condition of employment if the individual will operate an NTC-owned vehicle.
