Job Title: Public Safety SergeantLocation: Easton Town CenterStatus: Full-Time Non-ExemptReports To: Public Safety LieutenantPosition Summary:The Public Safety Sergeant is responsible for overseeing daily public safety operations and supervising officers and dispatch staff to maintain a safe secure and welcoming environment for guests tenants employees and property at Easton Town Center. This role provides leadership on assigned shifts ensures compliance with safety procedures responds to incidents and emergencies and supports ongoing training performance management and operational improvement.Key Responsibilities:Supervise schedule train and evaluate public safety officers and dispatchersConduct shift briefings (roll call) and assign patrol and operational dutiesOversee vehicle and foot patrols parking compliance and tour checksRespond to and manage incidents emergencies injuries and investigationsEnsure compliance with SOPs and the Easton Town Center Code of ConductReview incident reports daily logs and documentation for accuracy and completenessCoordinate with local law enforcement fire and EMS agencies as neededMaintain equipment readiness and submit support requests as necessaryAddress guest tenant and employee concerns professionally and escalate when requiredIdentify operational trends and make staffing or process recommendationsQualifications:At least 21 years of age with a valid drivers licenseHigh School Diploma or GED required (college preferred)23 years of public safety or security leadership experience preferredStrong leadership communication and decision-making skillsAble to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidaysPhysical / Work Requirements:Steiner Real Estate Services is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
