Purchasing Coordinator at Auberge Resorts

Become a vital member of our team as a Receiving Clerk responsible for receiving and coordinating all hotel products. The Receiving Clerk ensures that all hotel product specifications are not only met but exceeded. Additionally they will generate daily receiving sheets for food beverage and general products.Receiving and Coordination: Oversee the efficient receiving and coordination of all hotel products including but not limited to food beverage and general supplies.Quality Assurance: Ensure that all received products adhere to the specified hotel product standards and take corrective measures if any discrepancies are identified.Documentation: Generate daily receiving sheets for food beverage and general products maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all incoming items.Communication: Collaborate with various departments to communicate any changes or issues related to received products fostering a seamless flow of information.Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors to facilitate effective communication and resolve any delivery-related concerns.Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining organized and efficient inventory storage implementing best practices to optimize space and minimize waste.Compliance: Adhere to all relevant safety health and sanitation guidelines while handling and storing products.Qualifications : High School GraduateWorking knowledge of computer spreadsheets and Google suitePrior experience working in warehouse environmentNeeds to be able to lift at least 80lbsBilingual - Spanish (recommended)Additional Information : About Auberge CollectionAuberge Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels resorts residences and private clubs.
