Recommended Qualifications 5 years of progressive experience in purchasing or procurement roles preferably within a manufacturing environment Proven negotiation and supplier relationship management skills Strong understanding of supply chain management inventory control and manufacturing processes Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and procurement software Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Experience with global sourcing and international logistics management. Proficiency in advanced data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) for spend analysis. PMP or other relevant project management certification. Demonstrated experience with ERP/MRP system implementation or optimization projects.
