Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production technical and administrative roles. In-depth knowledge of HR compliance including OSHA regulations and safety protocols relevant to manufacturing. Proficiency with HRIS and leveraging HR data to drive operational efficiencies and strategic decision-making. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles. Bilingual proficiency (e.g. Spanish) to support a diverse workforce. Demonstrated success in HRIS implementation or optimization projects. Experience with developing or managing apprenticeship and skilled trades training programs.
