Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end procurement process for raw materials components and MRO supplies. Source evaluate and select new suppliers while fostering strong relationships with existing vendors. Negotiate favorable terms pricing and contracts to achieve cost savings and optimize value. Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with production needs and company objectives. Monitor supplier performance ensuring timely delivery quality and adherence to specifications. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 5-7 years of progressive purchasing experience within a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field. Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing vendor negotiation and contract management. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and procurement software. Proven ability to lead and develop a purchasing team driving cost reduction and supply chain efficiency.
