Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic purchasing plans and policies to support manufacturing operations. Proven expertise in strategic sourcing vendor negotiation and contract management for raw materials and components. Strong proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and advanced analytical skills for cost optimization and inventory control. Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and develop a high-performing purchasing team. Bonus Qualifications Experience with advanced e-procurement platforms (e.g. SAP Ariba Coupa). Certification or practical experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Proven experience in international sourcing and global supply chain logistics. Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) for spend analysis.
