Job DescriptionJob DescriptionComResource is looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer (Python).We need someone to assist in designing and implementing full-stack features for a SaaS platform while providing technical leadership, code quality, and architectural direction.Responsibilities:Design and develop complex systems and featuresLead and mentor engineering teamsParticipate in architecture discussions and design decisionsConduct code reviews and ensure standardsTranslate UI and product requirements into performant APIsWork with Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and modern cloud environmentsEssentials:Python 3.11+ expertise, with modern language idiomsDjango, ORM, templates, and familiarity with Django Ninja/PydanticAPI design with OpenAPI specificationsPostgreSQL experience (JSON fields, full-text search, constraints)Strong understanding of multi-process architecture and threadingCloud, distributed systems, and microservices experienceExperience integrating AI tools and frameworksStrong problem-solving and mentoring abilityDesired:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceFlask or similar framework familiarityReq ID: AM284484125
