Job Title: QA Analyst Client: State of Georgia, Dept. of Human Services Job Duties: Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and testing methodologies. proficiency in designing and executing test cases tailored to user requirements and acceptance criteria. Conducting thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in the dedicated UAT environment to evaluate application behavior and performance, ensuring alignment with user requirements and expectations. Strategically identifying test cases suitable for automation in both functional and regression testing. Designing, Creating, and meticulously maintaining test case design documents for regression test scripts, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and accuracy. Developed detailed test case Design Documents outlining the purpose, steps, expected results, and acceptance criteria for regression test scripts, providing clear guidance for testing activities. Utilizing Leapwork Studio to design, develop, maintain, and debug automated test workflows for Functional and Regression testing of web applications. Performing Data-Driven testing using Leapwork, leveraging its capabilities to seamlessly read and write data to Excel for comprehensive test automation. Optimizing test automation workflows by creating sub flows in Leapwork, effectively reducing time complexity and minimizing workload associated with repetitive steps. Identified common sequences of actions within test scenarios and encapsulated them into reusable sub flows within Leapwork, promoting modularity and maintainability in test automation scripts. Sharing automation test scripts with team members for peer review, fostering collaboration and ensuring the quality and reliability of automated test suites. Maintaining comprehensive activity logs of test results to facilitate performance analysis and drive continuous improvement in testing processes. Coordinated closely with cross-functional team members to ensure seamless alignment of test design and execution processes, fostering effective collaboration, and facilitating smooth testing operations. Reporting test case defects using GitLab to the developers and tracking the status of the defect. Minimum Education Requirement: This position requires, at least minimum, a bachelor's degree in applied computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
