Title: QA ETL Tester Location: Houston, TX (Day 1 Onsite) Hybrid role - 3 days Client: Provide Upon request Visa: Any Visa except OPT Years of experience: 10+ years We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with strong ETL Testing and Retail domain expertise to lead testing initiatives in an Onsite-Offshore delivery model. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in database testing, QA automation, and AI-driven testing workflows, along with a deep understanding of retail marketing systems and end-to-end data flows. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage QA teams across Onsite-Offshore model Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices Review requirements and prepare comprehensive Test Plans Design and execute ETL test cases, test scripts, and validation strategies Validate data integrity, mappings, transformations, and loading processes Perform database testing using complex SQL queries for data validation Conduct data reconciliation between source and target systems Implement and leverage AI-based automation in testing workflows Collaborate with data architects and engineering teams for data validation and quality assurance Work on end-to-end testing of retail marketing and backend systems Required Skills & Experience: Strong experience in ETL Testing & Database Testing Hands-on experience in QA Automation (mandatory) Experience with AI-driven testing/automation tools (must-have) Expertise in ETL testing types: Data Accuracy, Data Completeness, Data Quality Metadata & Transformation Testing Initial & Incremental Load Testing Strong SQL skills for backend data validation Solid understanding of Data Warehouse concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake, Facts & Dimensions) Proven experience in Retail domain (marketing & backend systems) Strong QA process knowledge and testing lifecycle experience Experience working with Onsite-Offshore teams and stakeholder coordination Regards, Kishore Arya Talent Acquisition Lead Element6 Solutions EmailID: 7800 Preston Road Suite 104, Plano, TX 75024,USA
