As an Ab Initio Developer you will be instrumental in designing developing and implementing robust data processing solutions that drive significant business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Design develop and maintain data integration processes using Ab Initio tools.Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to gather and clarify requirements.Optimize data processing workflows to improve performance and efficiency.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration pipelines.Implement best practices for data quality and data governance.Conduct unit testing and ensure the reliability of developed solutions.Prepare documentation for technical specifications and processes.Provide technical support and training to team members on Ab Initio tools.Stay current with industry trends and technologies related to data integration.Collaborate in code reviews and contribute to improving team standards.Participate in project planning and contribute to timeline assessments.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.8 years of experience in data integration or ETL development specifically with Ab Initio.Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and architecture.Experience in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing database performance.Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems and scripting languages.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues.A strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Effective communication skills both verbal and written.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
