If you have any questions please contact Madyson atPOSITION SUMMARYThe QA Technician supports internal and external customers utilizing prescribed quality assurance tools and inspection practices perform analytical tests and evaluate test results to determine conformance to requirements in support of the quality management system.Primary ResponsibilitiesPerform receiving inspection per documented instructionsPerform in-process inspection per documented instructionsPerform final inspection per documented instructionsMaintain consistent legible quality records derived from inspectionsReport material counts and movements in Visual ManufacturingIn an accurate efficient professional and positive manner perform document and communicate (written and verbal) finished product assessments on a continuous basis to ensure customer specifications and legal requirements are being metCommunicate in an accurate and professional manner of inspection results with appropriate personnelAccept/reject material based on customer requirementsPerform lab tests per documented instructionCompare test results with documented requirements to determine conformanceDocument test results and retain data for future reference per documented proceduresAdditional ResponsibilitiesMaintain a clean and safe work areaEnsure all tools are calibrated correctlyParticipate in internal auditsPerform other duties as assignedKnowledge skills and abilitiesTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
