Job Description

Job Summary:Our client is seeking a QA Tester to join their team! This position is located in Irving, Texas. Duties:Define comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test data to ensure coverage across all integration points and business processesValidate financial postings, inventory movements, item/location/vendor setups, and ensure data accuracy across upstream and downstream systemsCollaborate closely with business users, product owners, developers, and cross-functional QA teams to understand requirements and ensure solution qualityDrive defect management, including defect triage, prioritization, RCA coordination, and ensuring timely closureEnsure adherence to QA best practices, test governance, automation-ready test design, and continuous improvement of testing processesSupport UAT planning and execution, ensuring user readiness, environment preparedness, and issue resolutionMonitor testing metrics, provide quality dashboards, and communicate status, risks, and impacts clearly to stakeholdersIdentify process gaps, propose improvements, and ensure that testing practices support faster time-to-market and stable production deploymentsPromote a culture of quality, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the testing teamDesired Skills/Experience:4+ years of experience in testing enterprise applications with strong exposure to retail accounting, merchandising, or supply chain domains4+ years of experience managing test cycles, UAT, and coordinating across business and technology stakeholdersHands-on experience in functional, integration, and regression testing of ERP or Oracle Retail applications such as: RMS, ReSA, ReIM, or similarProven experience validating financial transactions, inventory accounting flows, and master data setups Experience working in Agile environments, implementing testing best practices, and driving continuous improvementExposure to cloud-hosted applications or modern platform architectures is preferredStrong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to translate business rules into testable scenariosExperience with automation-ready test design or working with automation teams is a plusBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredThe approximate pay range for this position is between $34.87 and $49.81. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
