Title: QAD Functional Consultant Location: Kennesaw GA 30144 (Onsite Only Local or Ready to Relocate) Duration: 6 Months Video Interview Job Description: - Experience: 8 10 Years Must-Have Skills 6 8 years of QAD SE 2014 functional experience in production support Strong functional knowledge of Manufacturing Sales Purchase Inventory Financials (basic GL impact) Experience handling L2/L3 support in QAD environments Basic technical understanding of Progress OpenEdge (ABL/4GL) Experience with UI (personalization/configuration) Hands-on with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems Strong communication RCA skills stakeholder handling and ability to work under pressure Must-Have Keywords QAD SE 2014 QAD Functional SCM MFG Manufacturing Inventory Purchase Sales Progress OpenEdge ABL/4GL ServiceNow Job Description Technical / Functional Skills 6 8 years of hands-on experience with QAD SE (2014) in production support Strong functional knowledge in: o Manufacturing o Sales & Distribution o Procurement o Inventory o Basic Financials (GL impact awareness) Technical exposure preferred: o Basic Progress OpenEdge / ABL/4GL for analysis and safe minor fixes o UI personalization (2014 version) Experience with ServiceNow ticketing Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction Strong analytical skills & root-cause analysis Ability to work under pressure during critical business windows Roles & Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 support for QAD SE 2014 across core modules Handle incidents service requests problems and document RCA with preventive measures Support month-end quarter-end year-end close activities Manage MRP runs cost rollups inventory reconciliations Perform user access reviews security role validations and master data support (Items BOM Routing Sites Supplier/Customer setup) Execute safe data corrections using approved procedures Coordinate & validate patches service packs deployments in Test & Prod environments Maintain SOPs runbooks knowledge articles Analyze and fix interface errors (mapping master data issues sequencing errors) Support reports browses ad-hoc extracts Drive problem management to reduce repeat tickets Follow ITIL processes: Change / Release / Incident / Problem Management Work with business teams for minor enhancements testing and UAT Collaborate with vendors DBA OS and infrastructure teams Integration & Reporting Troubleshoot interface failures mapping issues duplicate records Support QAD Browse Reporting and custom extract requirements Role Description Summary Incident resolution (L2/L3) Analyze business-critical issues Perform patch impact analysis & coordinate deployments Work with Yamaha IT & business stakeholders Bug fixing & minor enhancements New enhancements / modifications in existing customizations Status reporting & stakeholder communications Key Skills Animal Care,Arabic Speaking,GP,Information Technology,Drafting,Brew Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
