Job DescriptionJob DescriptionEssential Responsibilities· Accurate dimensions inspection of product using a wide variety of measuring devices· Handle vendor incoming inspection· Manages the NDT reports server· Assure all First and Last Article inspection is conducted as required· Manages and analyzes all customer returns· Identifies non-conformances and generate QC reports· Lead further activities when a non-conformance product/material is identified· Educate/train other employees on specification requirements· Complies with company safety regulations and standard procedures at all timesQualifications· Minimum high school diploma or equivalent· Quality Control: Minimum 5 years of experience· Experience in the PVF (pipe, valves and fittings) industry· Speak and read English. Bilingual Spanish preferred· Working knowledge of blueprint reading, shop math and non-destructive testing· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook· Ability to understand and execute instructions well· Positive attitude; works well under stress· Hands-on, action oriented, and demonstrate a bias for continual improvement· Ability to organize, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks with careful attention to detail· Capable of lifting 50 lbs with back support· Ability to drive forklift and secure certification· Positive attitude; works well under stress· Hands-on, action oriented, and demonstrate a bias for continual improvement· Ability to organize, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks with careful attention to detailCompany DescriptionWe offer an excellent compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), disability, and paid time off.
