Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY:Under general supervision, this position is primarily responsible for the visual inspection and testing of electronic assemblies, parts, and components, and performs other work-related duties as assigned.  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Inspects with strong vision of units, assemblies, and systems according to written inspection procedures, specifications, drawings, samples.Tests finished products and raw materials.Measures products/materials based on drawings, parts lists, illustrations and/ or samples to verify conformance and detect assembly errors.Examines the alignment of parts and verify installation of hardware on assemblies and subassemblies.Accepts/rejects and records inspection results of type and quantity based on conformance to acceptance criteria.Follows and enforces all ISO procedures.Performs IQC/QC/QA Gate functionsGUIDELINES (ABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS):Knowledge of computer usage and Microsoft OfficeExcellent visionGood organizational skillsAbility to read, write, and speak EnglishKnowledge in using tools/equipment for measurement/inspection such as microscope, caliper, micrometer, and RCL meterKnowledge of IPC-A-610 EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Highschool graduate or equivalentCompany DescriptionWith over 20 years of experience AnDek Staffing has created and maintained relationships by understanding our partners needs and continuously seeking ways to improve our services.Company DescriptionWith over 20 years of experience AnDek Staffing has created and maintained relationships by understanding our partners needs and continuously seeking ways to improve our services.
