Job DescriptionJob DescriptionQC/QA Coatings Supervisor $2,275 WEEKLYJoin SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued!Key Requirements:Supervise a team of rope access technicians (Level 1–3) during offshore blasting and painting operations.Conduct QA/QC inspections to ensure work meets the highest quality standards.Coordinate daily activities with the Chief Mate and vessel crew.Enforce strict adherence to all safety protocols and procedures.Document work progress, inspections, and crew performance as required.Mentor and guide technicians, providing coaching and constructive feedback.Manage schedules, assignments, and overall operational efficiency.Possess proven QA/QC experience in blasting and painting operations.Demonstrate supervisory experience with offshore crews.Ability to work offshore and live aboard a vessel for 2–3 months.Maintain physical fitness to meet the demands of rope access work.Housing and meals provided onboard; laundry available for a fee.Transportation to and from the vessel is provided.NACE, ICORR, or FROSIO Level 2 Paint Inspector certification preferred Possess a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.Hold a minimum Level 1 Rope Access Certification (IRATA or equivalent).Possess BOSIET/HUET certification.Possess a valid OGUK Medical certification.Shifts:12-hour workdays, 12/7 schedule.Duration:2-3 Months How to Apply:Apply & Receive offers NOW!
