DescriptionWe are seeking aField Service Engineer Ilocatedin the Southeast Coastal GA Area.The primary focus is to provide continuing service support for Honeywells QCS and CWS platforms used in Pulp and Paper & other associated industries in the coastal Georgia area.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESPreventive Maintenance Corrective Maintenance and Emergency Support maintenance of customers for various Honeywell Quality ControlSystems.Troubleshoot and solve system and process related problems.Perform sensor verification and calibration.Publish critical reporting to customers including Monthly Performance Results Reports Correction Action Reports.Actively interface with customers at all levels. Ensure customer satisfaction through oral and written communication.Provide occasional vacation coverage and 7 X 24 emergency support to customer and other technicians.QualificationsYOU MUST HAVEExperience in areas such as Honeywell QCS platforms Electronics Process Control Information Technologies or military1 year of experience using Basic Windows and Microsoft Office experienceWE VALUE5 years of experience maintaining Honeywell QCS Platforms and MD and CD Control packagesBe able to work effectively both individually and with a group without need of direct supervisionCritical thinking and troubleshooting skills; capable of learning available analysis tools to solve complex system or process problemsCapable of developing new PMS for existing and new products as knowledge is acquiredDesign/Engineer solutions to prevent reoccurring problems as knowledge is acquiredCapable of writing reviewing and / or editing various types of technical reportsAble to conduct formal meetings with customer management personalCapable of evaluating control effectiveness as knowledge is acquiredCapable of verifying and calibrating sensors as well as possessing a working knowledge of sensor operations and correctorsKnowledgeable of system architecture and operations as well as applicable database items needed for basic maintenance and calibrationProject a positive and confident attitude focused on meeting and exceeding customer expectationsABOUT HONEYWELLHoneywell International Inc.
