With years of experienced team members and a commitment to excellence, we have built a reputation for delivering reliable and durable products on time and within budget.A QHS Inspector focus on quality guidelines and programs as well as safety policies and regulations. As the QHS inspector you will lead all quality in-process inspections, handle Root Cause and Corrective Action measures and audit processes to ensure a quality output. A QHS Inspector will also be the site representative for safety audits and policy enforcement. The QHS inspector will work closely with their plant leader along with direction from corporate QHS in order to provide complete and reliable guidance for the plant.Responsibilities:· Work within the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS)· Guarantee that products, services, and processes meet internal, industry, and regulatory standards· Oversee weld inspections to ensure the best of quality in accordance with AWS standards.· Communicate with sister plants to keep quality in alignment with all sites.· Assist with training staff on QMS and document processes· Assist with quality reporting to internal and external customers/stakeholders· Perform Safety PPE audits to provide site with a current understanding of safety practices.· Follow JHA process to help improve safety within all processesRequirements:· Attention to detail and organizational skills· Problem-solving and analytical abilities· Effective Communication and teamwork· 3 years of in field experience in Quality Field· 1 years of experience in Safety field.
