ROLE DESCRIPTION Access Global Group is seeking a QM Functional Test Lead to drive testing strategy execution and quality assurance across enterprise modernization projects. This role will lead functional regression integration and UAT efforts while collaborating with State teams vendors and cross-agency partners to ensure timely high-quality delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain test strategies test plans and test schedules to support system modernization efforts. Lead all functional testing activities and manage daily scope timelines and deliverables with State teams. Design review and approve test cases test scripts and test data within the QM workstream. Oversee execution of functional regression integration and user acceptance testing across multiple environments. Track risks issues escalations and resolutions using Jira or State-defined ALM/tracking tools. Partner with QM leadership to develop testing standards progress metrics quality thresholds and success criteria. Collaborate with vendors State teams and cross-agency partners to coordinate test activities and dependencies. Identify testing gaps propose mitigation strategies and drive continuous improvement across testing processes. Support evolving duties as the project moves into additional phases. Other duties as requested by leadership. REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS Experience as a Functional Test Lead within large-scale modernization or enterprise system projects. Strong background in QM testing processes including functional regression integration and UAT cycles. Hands-on experience with test case design test execution and defect lifecycle management. Proficiency with Jira or similar tools for tracking risks issues and test progress. Familiarity with test automation concepts and tools (e.g. Selenium UFT) even if primary role is functional. Ability to analyze requirements identify gaps and translate them into clear test scenarios. Strong communication and coordination skills to work across State teams vendors and partner agencies. Ability to manage timelines prioritize tasks and drive quality outcomes in a complex multi-team environment. Exposure to API testing data validation (SQL) and integration testing is preferred. Adaptability to evolving responsibilities as the project moves through future phases.
