Please bring a copy of your resume and ID to your interview.NOW HIRING: CPST – Community Psychiatric Support Treatment SpecialistLocation: Greater New Orleans Area | Employment Type: Full-Time (12 HOUR SHIFTS: FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY)Setting: Outpatient Mental Health Clinic – Adults (18+)Pay Rate: $40.00 per hourWhat is CPST?Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST) is a rehabilitative, community-based service designed to help adults with mental health challenges achieve greater independence, emotional stability, and improved quality of life. Services are person-centered and take place in the client’s home or community—not in an office setting.Job Description:We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CPST Specialist to provide in-home and community-based services to adult clients. The specialist will work collaboratively with the clinical team to support clients in managing psychiatric symptoms, improving life skills, and building natural supports in their everyday environments.Key Responsibilities:Deliver CPST services directly in the homes or communities of adult clientsSupport clients in developing coping strategies, emotional regulation, and daily functioning skillsImplement and monitor individualized treatment goalsCoordinate with therapists, case managers, and other providersMaintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Medicaid standardsRespond to crises and ensure connection to emergency or stabilization services if neededQualifications:One of the following credentials is required: LMSW, LCSW, PLPC, LPC, or LMFTRecent social work graduates (CSW) eligible for licensure are encouraged to applyExperience working with adults with mental illness is preferredMust have reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the service areaStrong communication, documentation, and organizational skillsSchedule & Compensation:Full-time with flexible scheduling$40.00 per hourClinical supervision availableSupportive, collaborative team environment
