Supporting the world's bravest.Job SummaryJob ResponsibilitiesConduct audits and issues reports as a lead auditor and trains junior analysts to conduct internal auditsSupport the organisations external regulatory compliance audits (e.g. AS9100)Investigate internal/external audit-related findings and helps coordinate activities to resolve issuesAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general publicAssist with root cause analysis investigations and corrective action developmentSupport the administration of the Quality Management System Documentation and Record Control processesAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulationsAssist with management of metrology notifications of failed calibarationCollect, analyze, and report data to assist quality engineer and management in assessing measures of performanceEvaluate data and processes to determine whether these adequately depict the quality of products and processes involving suppliers, manufacturing and life cycle managementSupport projects and processes that ensure continuously improving value to our customers and business unitsCreate organizational value by implementing innovative solutions and best practices involved in all processes of the product realization value streamAssist with data mining, reporting and analysisObserve and identify process improvement opportunitiesVerify process control activities and reports deficiencies as appropriateInitiate quality alerts for potential process and product discrepancies that may affect performanceMay prepare and present data in management-level presentationsSupport, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organizationJob Responsibilities Part IIQualifications2+ years relevent experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experiencePrevious regulatory compliance audit experince preferred (e.g. AS9100)In-depth knowledge of business information systems requiredGeneral knowledge of quality management systems and RCCAAbility to apply basic problem-solving skillsAbility to present to multiple layers of managementDemonstrated ability to read and interpret written proceduresU.S. Citizenship required.
