This role ensures compliance with FDA regulations and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) through initial qualification audits and ongoing requalification audits. You will play a critical role in maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance across our supply chain.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute audit program activities to ensure all audits are completed on schedulePerform full audits of vendor manufacturing facilities for compliance with FDA regulations and cGMPDocument findings and collaborate with suppliers to address corrective actionsTravel extensively (50%-75%) to supplier sites, primarily domestic with some internationalAdditional ResponsibilitiesSupport continuous improvement of audit processesMaintain accurate audit records and reportsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance objectives are metQualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Science or related fieldExperience:2+ years in medical device or pharmaceutical auditing, or quality assurance in a regulated environmentExperience performing cGMP audits of manufacturersProject management experience preferredKnowledge & Skills:Strong understanding of cGMP, 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)Detail-oriented with ability to follow proceduresSpanish bilingual strongly preferredTechnical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteWork EnvironmentCombination of office and manufacturing environmentsRequires ability to travel frequently and work independentlyWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
