Daily Tasks & ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance Responsibilities:Maintain, update, and improve site policies, procedures, standard work instructions, and quality management toolsAdminister internal audit programs, including training auditors and measuring compliance resultsIdentify training needs and deliver interventions to maintain quality standardsInvestigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, performing root cause and corrective action analysesCollect, compile, and analyze statistical quality data to identify areas for improvementOperational Responsibilities (if applicable):Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including sit-down/stand-up forklifts, clamp trucks, and pickersLoad, unload, store, and transport products to designated areasCollaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth material flow while maintaining quality standards Requirements & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required2-4 years of experience in a quality assurance roleKnowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2015 standardsLead Auditor Certification preferredStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to travel up to 25% as needed (passport recommended)Action-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable with strong decision-making skills Apply Today!If you're ready to take ownership of quality processes, drive continuous improvement, and make a measurable impact in a dynamic logistics environment, this is your opportunity.
