We invite you to partner with us in our mission to improve mental healthcare.Job Title:Quality Assurance CoordinatorDivision/Program:Psychiatric Health Facility (24/7 Inpatient)Starting Compensation:31.36 - 37.63 USD Per HourWorking Location:Bakersfield CAWorking Hours/Shift:Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PMWhy Join Our TeamCompetitive Compensation: Offering a salary that matches your skills and experience.Generous Time Off: Enjoy ample vacation and holiday pay.Comprehensive Benefits Package:Employer-paid medical dental and vision coverage.Additional voluntary benefits to support your lifestyle.Professional Growth Opportunities:On-the-job training with access to paid CEU opportunities.Career development programs designed to help you grow.Supervision for BBS hours for AMFT ACSW and APCC professionals (where applicable).Employee Recognition & Rewards: A culture that celebrates and rewards your hard work and dedicationWhat you bring to SBHG:High School diploma or equivalent required.Associate OR Bachelors Degree in Social Science Hospital Administration BusinessOR Vocational Degree in Nursing or Psychiatric Technician preferred.Two (2) years of experience in a mental health field preferred.Three (3) years of experience in Quality Assurance preferably in a mental health agency or county behavioral health program preferred.One (1) year of supervisory experience preferred.Experience with program data collection highly desired.Valid California Drivers License required.How you will make a difference:Ensure compliance with company state and regulatory standards through Quality Assurance oversight.Coordinate data collection evaluation and reporting of outcomes with leadershipReview and track incidents grievances and client/family satisfaction reports.Oversee client records documentation standards and chart audits.Support Utilization Review/QA Committees and provide staff supervision as assigned.Monitor timeliness of documentation and maintain updated policies/procedures.Assist with MediCal Certification/Recertification and medical record maintenance.Division/Program Overview:24/7 inpatient involuntary program16-bed facility for acute youth (ages 5-17)Intensive treatment programs with individualized care plansAvailable for contracting Central Valley countiesMoves clients through five phases: admission; engagement; learning; stabilization and linkage to resources and aftercareLearn more about SBHG at: Additional Information:In accordance with California law the grade for this position is 28.51 - 45.62.
