As part of the Cloud Service Integration Team (CSIT), this role is essential to ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of mission-critical Salesforce applications for DoD clients. The Quality Assurance Engineer/Tester will bring expertise in Salesforce testing methodologies, automation tools, and defect tracking systems, and will play a key role in maintaining the reliability and integrity of secure cloud-based solutions. Job Duties:Developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce CRM platformsApplying Salesforce-specific testing methodologies to validate functionality, performance, and securityUtilizing test automation tools and frameworks to streamline regression and functional testingTracking, documenting, and reporting defects using industry-standard defect tracking systemsCollaborating with developers, DevOps engineers, and project managers to ensure timely resolution of issuesConducting rigorous testing across multiple environments to support release cycles and ensure system stability#LI-SF1 FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDINGRequirementsExperience in software quality assurance, with experience on Salesforce applicationsProficiency in Salesforce testing tools and automation frameworksExperience with defect tracking systems such as JiraStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture, metadata, and deployment processesExcellent analytical, documentation, and communication skillsAbility to work in a secure, fast-paced, and collaborative environmentDesired SkillsExperience in testing DoD or federal government platforms.Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or QA-focused credentials)Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practicesEight plus (8+) years preferredClearance InformationSRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY FOR A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVELTravel RequirementsNoneAbout UsScientific Research Corporation is an advanced information technology and engineering company that provides innovative products and services to government and private industry, as well as independent institutions.
