Ensures the unit is cosmetically perfectConfirms equipment is functioning to company standardsEnsures that the system is complete (accessories, additional components, etc.)Provides feedback to the Senior QA Technician and Warehouse Manager on all discovered issues or defectsMaintains record of all testing reports and calibration dataCustomizes imaging equipment to customer orderRequests all necessary components to convert the incoming unit per orderPerforms all testing tasks and calibrationCompletes all paperwork on spare parts requested and provides results to the Senior QA Technician/Warehouse ManagerRepairs equipment from customer returnsRequests all necessary spare partsCompletes all paperwork on parts in and out, provides results to the Senior QA Technician/Warehouse ManagerCompletes the all-final checking procedures per the QA Department standardsMaintains a clean work areaCollaborates with other departments: Customer Service, RMA, Shipping, and PartsMaintains current knowledge of all company products and all other matters that affect the dental industryMonitors workflow when the manager/supervisor is not availableEnsures all processes and protocols are being followedMeets company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and proceduresAdheres to Company policies, procedures and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignmentsRepairs, troubleshoots, and updates computers to company standardsPerforms other duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Training and ExperienceHigh School Diploma / GEDWarehouse experienceProficient with Computers including Microsoft OfficeBasic networking skills (preferred)Knowledge, Abilities and SkillsAbility to use hand tools and power toolsSelf-motivated, enthusiastic and willing to learnProven organizational skills and ability to meet targets, goals, timelines, etc.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail-orientedForklift certified (preferred) If not certified, must become certified within 3-months of hire
