The Quality Assurance Technician position is located in Dixon IL and will inspect materials received work in process of aerospace and industrial components ensuring conformance to engineering requirements specifications and special instructions. This is a 1st shift position Monday through Friday 6:00am to 2:00pm.Role Responsibilities:Understand maintain and execute Donaldson Quality Policies and ProceduresCreate and maintain In-Process Inspection Reports electronicallyInspect manufactured product for uniformity conformance and recordVerify physical and chemical properties of materials used in the manufacturing processComplete non-conforming material reportsMinimum Qualifications:Education consisting of high school diploma/GEDDemonstrate analytical reasoning problem solving skills development of technical skills and innovative solutionsCalculate figures and amounts such as proportions percentages area circumferences volume and concepts of geometryUse internet and e-mail system and is proficient with MS Office applicationsPreferred Qualifications:Functional knowledge of electronic material management systemsManufacturing experienceHourly Rate: $21.51Actual salaries may vary based on several factors including but not limited to applicable work experience training education and performance.This position is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.Employee benefits are part of the competitive total rewards package that Donaldson Company Inc. provides to you.
