Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are hiring for a Quality CMM Programmer/Operator. This position is responsible for developing, programming and operating CMM equipment to inspect precision components and ensure products meet engineering specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will support manufacturing and quality operations by creating inspection routines, analyzing measurement data and driving continuous improvement in accuracy and quality. Responsibilities:Create, modify and validate CMM programs using MCOSMOSSet up, operate and maintain CMM machines for detailed dimensional inspectionsDevelop automated inspection routines for first article, in-process, and final inspectionsInterpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD symbols and technical specifications to build accurate measurement plansPerform precision inspections to verify compliance with customer and internal requirementsMaintain records of measurement data, reports, certifications and documentationSupport PPAP, FAIR, and internal quality documentation processesAnalyze measurement results to identify trends and deviationsPerform routine calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CMM equipmentEnsure inspection tools are certified and compliant Qualifications:Strong experience programming CMMsSolid understanding of GD&TAbility to read engineering drawings and CAD modelsExperience with precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, height gage)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and documentation habitsExperience in aerospace, automotive, medical device or precision machining, a plusFamiliarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar systems, preferredCompany DescriptionStreamed Hire is an exceptional staffing provider in the Piedmont Triad of North Carolina!
